I love these Uggs! This is my first pair and now I own 3 different ones. I still like the Classic the best! I wear them all around my college campus and with negative temperatures recently in Ohio, they have really been great!! The only problem I had was the first pair i ordered were a 9. I usually wear a 10 and have a wide foot. The size 9 were still way too big. So for me, I had to go down to an 8 for the snug feeling that are recommended

Dear Customer Service Team, I want to say thank you for all your hard work and making it so easy to shop online. I have gone to different stores around town, but have not found what I have been looking for. friend has a large enough selection to find what anyone would need and your efforts make the experience that much better.
